Haufe

Haufe is the largest provider of HR, talent management and organizational development software and services in Germany and Switzerland. Their brand itself needed to reposition and evolve to become a leader in an emerging global talent economy.

For a company as large as Haufe, that’s a huge undertaking. The challenge was finding the right balance between looking dynamic and innovative while maintaining a sense of corporate credibility. Using an editorial style of photography and unique modular grid system, we’ve created a new visual system that will allow them to look the part of a key player in the global market.

Grid System

The grid system is based on the proportions of the letter H in the Haufe logo. This allowed us to create a unified design language with a consistent underlying structure. When broken into individual parts, each section acts as a modular block that can hold design elements or other content.

Web Design

We took a modern editorial approach to the look and feel of the site. This allowed the design to feel trusted and credible but also dynamic and innovative.
