Haufe: Rhythmix

Haufe is the largest provider of HR, talent management and organizational development software and services in Germany and Switzerland. They needed a new identity for their holistic approach that uses a suite of consulting, software and tools designed to empower people and get organizations working in rhythm. The Rhythmix identity reflects this human-centric approach that embraces the individuality and diversity of people, a company’s culture and how a company operates.

Concept

With the belief that people run companies and success requires each person to give their unique contribution, the design needed to feel human and dynamic. Based on the musical metaphor of a symphony and creating a new rhythm for a company — the visual motif was inspired by the movements of a conductor.
