Zenefits is a SaaS company that provides an all-in-one HR platform for managing employee benefits, time tracking, onboarding, and employee record keeping. As a young company Zenefits needed to evolve and mature as a brand, change public perceptions, and reposition themselves to compete up-market.
Their big idea of “In It Together” positions them as a partner to help companies navigate the changing world of work. It also acts as an internal ethos and rally cry—to customers, industry partners and their product.

A big challenge was trying to capture the breadth of what Zenefits offers and represent the diversity in their brand’s target audience. Masking the logo embraces the diversity of their customers and partners, which can be expressed through different materials, photos, patterns, and designs. By giving them a dynamic identity system this allows them the opportunity to fully blend into the world of work and the adaptability as they develop their product and move up market.
